We stayed at this Holiday Inn for one night and booked it that day. All other hotels in the area were booked (about four or five) so it was a huge blessing getting in. The two receptionists at the front desk greeted us very politely and were very hospitable. The room was very clean, cozy, and comfortable! They had a pool that went from 3 feet to 5. It was very clean!! A man at the front desk named Brett helped us the next day and was very courteous. There a couple different things that he did that were very personally helpful. He was the most helpful attendant we have ever had assist us in any hotel.
I had a very difficult time checking in under our One Rewards portfolio. The attendant at the desk kept asking why I didn’t have my own account separate from my husband’s, as well as several other issues. We have been almost exclusively IHG patrons for over 20 years and have traveled around the US and have never had to justify why I wanted to use our rewards account or simply just check in - regardless if I was or want with my husband. I did speak to the assistant manager that afternoon, which I hate to do but I was ready to leave and check into another hotel bc of the runaround. Other than this issue, my stay, as is to be expected with IHG was great!
I often stay at HI Express hotels because of their consistent clean, modern hotels. This location was even better than most! The employees were very nice, the breakfast bar was exceptional and the room was very comfortable.
We've stayed here a few times and our experience has consistently been good. Service is always friendly, and our rooms have always been clean.
We had just had a terrible experience at another hotel and when we approached Miss Kate (The Brave One), she was so apologetic and concerned for our situation. She made sure we got checked in quickly and made our night so much better! We appreciated her kindness. -Tyra and Brittany
Great location. Very great Customer service when we arrived. Brett was very helpful as well as all the others who work at the front desk. Breakfast was great and the staff there were great also. Housekeeping should also be commended, the do a great job at keeping everything clean. Thanks to you all for making our stay great. Will definitely stay again.
We had a fabulous stay here for the weekend! The room was spotlessly clean, beds were extremely comfy, and the free breakfast was really good with lots of options. Way better than the usual continental breakfast that most hotels offer. We would definitely stay here again!
Great customer service! Over 40 people for overnight stay and they helped with luggages with smile!. They even walked every room to make sure no one left anything behind some we came from far.
